Moontower Capital was founded in 2017 as a real estate investment company to capitalize on the principal’s combined 40+ years of experience in the industry and to provide alternative investments for close friends and family. The team has extensive experience in sourcing, analyzing, funding, developing, and managing all types of real estate asset classes. Through our education and training, we also know how to spot and avoid the legal pitfalls that could potentially harm our investments. The name Moontower comes from the moonlight towers (made famous in the Dazed and Confused movie set in Austin, Texas), which were purchased second hand from The City of Detroit back in 1894. Since we reside in Austin with strong Detroit connections, the name seemed apropos.
Sean has worked as a commercial real estate attorney since 2006. He founded Bukowski Law Firm in 2010. Since that time, he has developed a love for real estate and the good that it can provide by transforming a neighborhood and bringing much needed upgrades. He has a passion for helping develop urban areas where residents can live, work, and play while working with the local community to preserve its character.
Scott Studzinski is leading industry veteran with over 18 years in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Investments working for industry leaders and innovators Prologis, Live Oak-Gottesman, Elevate Growth Partners, Urbana Partners, and Cresa. Scott has a breadth of experience working brokerage transactions and investing in every asset class during his career and he brings an operational focus and a vast network of best-in-class partners and market movers to the Moontower team.

In his free time, Sean likes to attend live shows at Austin’s many different venues, as well as watch his beloved Michigan Wolverines sports teams.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Michigan and The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and is an active member at the Real Estate Center at UT, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and ULI. Scott is the proud father of three, and resides in Austin, Texas.
